Parang
Alt. 1300-1700 m
Located in Parang Mountains (Meridionali Carphatians), close to Petrosani, the resort stands onto a long mountain plateau (100 km East-West width, 70-80 km North-South length).
Early December snow usually lasts until April.
Directions: The resort can be reached taking the train up to Petrosani, on the Timisoara - Simeria - Craiova route. There you will have to switch to the bus, for a 5 km ride up to the chair-lift. One can also reach the chair lift driving along Dn 66.
